A Mobile Point of Sale
Branch Sales is mobile Point of Sale that enables small business owners to send Invoices and receive credit card payments via PayPal. Record transactions on-the-go, offline, and access consolidated sales reports from multiple users, devices, and store branches, online (for premium accounts).
Branch Sales is updated weekly as we receive feature requests from our users. Branch Sales is available on the App Store, powered by Amazon Web Services and PayPal.
Whether you're at the Coffee Shop or doing groceries, you can record Sales offline. When internet is present, these records are synced automatically to the Cloud Servers--powered by Amazon Web Services.
Sales coming from different devices, users, or store branches are automatically consolidated. Sales monitoring and access to Sales Reports are accessible via a web browser in your desktop computer or mobile device.
Moreover, Store Owners or Managers can view all the Sales from different Branches live.
Other than recording items and quantities sold, optional information can be saved--such as Memo (seen only by the User), Terms and Conditions, Notes to Customer (text visible to the Customer), Tax Information, Discounts, Reference Document ID, and Customer.
Additionally, for monitoring purposes, you can mark the transaction with different statuses such as Paid, Refunded, and Void. Totals daily and monthly are automatically adjusted accordingly and viewable on the Sales Feed.
Send an Invoice to your Customer and you will have the ability to accept payments through Credit Cards or PayPal Balances via PayPal Invoice.
Additionally, you can mark the transaction as Paid, Refunded, and Void. Totals daily and monthly are automatically adjusted accordingly and viewable on the Sales Feed.
You and your customer will receive notifications from PayPal when you send an Invoice. A View Button will be presented in the email. When clicked, your customer will be redirected to the secured PayPal site for Payments processing.

By clicking the PayPal Pay Button, customers have the option to pay with their PayPal Balances or with their Credit Cards.

Progress Monitoring Anywhere
Is a Solution-as-a-Service web-based project monitoring tool which enables Managers and Stakeholders to assess project completion through various metrics such as:
Project Management is powered by Amazon Web Services. Service is available in monthly subscription basis--independent to the number of users.
Project Managers and Stakeholders are most of time mobile, whether they are at the project site, at home, at the coffee shop, or anywhere in between.
Project Management is always accessible anytime anywhere via the Internet. A desktop or a mobile Chrome browser is required to use Project Management.

Multiple Level of Users
Project Managers. Responsible for Project Setup, Task Assignments, Cost Budgeting, Approval of official Man-Hours, access to Completion Assessment Dashboard, and other managerial tasks inside Project Management.
Time Keepers. Responsible for reporting official actual time in/out inputs of personnel, workers, and staffs.
Planners. Responsible creating projects, manpower assignments, and manpower cost budgets.
Administrators. Responsible for the setup of all information such as users, types of users, available services, tasks, security, and other information needed.
Biometric/RFID Devices and HRIS
Device Integration. Logs generated from Nitgen Biometric/RFID devices will be used as official time logs. Integration points with existing Biometric/RFID devices will be designed by VMS. Final time logs for Payroll are subject for approval of the Project Manager.
Human Resource Information System. Modern HRIS are capable of accepting inputs from 3rd party systems. Integration points will be designed by your HRIS provider and VMS.

Budgeted versus Actual Man-Hours. The Project Completion Assessment Report, based on the reported actual Man-Hours will tell stakeholders if the estimated project completion is still on-budget or over-budget in terms of man-hours.
Visual Assessment versus Man-Hour Completion Report. Let's the Stakeholders look into the difference between the estimated visual completion assessment of an Engineer or QA personnel against the Actual Man-Hour Cost Report. This report will tell the Stakeholders if the project is overspending or cost-saving.

Timekeeping is powered by Amazon Web Services, accessible via the internet through a web browser. Use of the Solution is available in monthly subscription. Use Timekeeping for:

Online Timekeeping
Timekeepers can access the online module for encoding time records. Selecting a date in the calendar will reveal the list of manpower with planned schedule. With the list, Timekeepers can review each time-record and enter the actual time records per planned schedule.
Biometric/RFID Devices and HRIS/ERPs
Device Integration. Logs generated from Nitgen Biometric/RFID devices will be used as official time logs, instead of the manual encoding of time records. Time logs are still subject for approval of the assigned Manager.
Human Resource Information System. Approved manpower time records can be automatically pushed to existing HRIS. Point of integration between two systems will be designed by your HRIS/ERP provider and VMS.
